A brief history of us and our plans for the future

OurStory

Successful, yet unsatisfied with their previous career paths, two young and ambitious entrepreneurs created Organic Mobile Detailing (OMD) – a mobile detailing company that comes to your home or business and professionally cleans your vehicle. The names of these two entrepreneurs are Andrew Thomas and Hassaan Iftikhar. The OMD team is set on having all of its customers experience the trifecta of saving time, water and stress behind making their vehicle(s) spotless. The OMD team were looking to transition from working at their then corporate sales jobs to collectively building an environment that offered much greater opportunity for themselves and others. Through hard work, meticulous planning, rigorous support and an undeniable thirst for success, they were able to turn potential into reality by forming Organic Mobile Detailing. Based on the progressive pay structure and core values that the company withholds, which include results-based compensation, mitigating ecological footprints, work colleague impartiality, continuous education and anti-double standard communication, OMD embodies a work environment where employees are empowered to succeed and given the tools to operate the business like it is their very own. The Organic Mobile Detailing team considers itself fortunate to have worked with the previous organizations that it was a part of. Nevertheless, it chose to leave these great companies in order to create something extraordinary in the industry that they truly believed in. On a daily basis, OMD strives towards being an organization that offers not only environmentally-friendly products, but exceptional service as well in order to provide a memorable and worthwhile experience for all of its customers. This experience is what OMD prides itself on in ensuring and one that it feels will have all of its valued customers coming back for more.

Our Vision

At OMD we understand that an organization is a collection of people that wish to reach a common goal. We don’t believe in the term ‘employees’, but rather view all of those individuals helping push forward the OMD cause as associated work colleagues. Every single person within our organization is an integral part to our success. As comparing to the status quo, less emphasis is placed on metrics that include profit, revenue and balance sheets (among others), while more focus is paid towards achieving the following intrinsic values: low attrition, happy and hungry work colleagues and great customer service. OMD understands that the betterment of those intrinsic values will then in turn lead to achieving successful values for the above metrics, which all companies commonly pursue. Once OMD becomes profitable, it carries the goal of making sure to allocate part of its revenue towards suitable organizations that power projects geared towards supplying clean water for developing countries. This specific goal represents something that all members of OMD are very passionate about and will not fail to deliver. An owner of OMD will never ask a work colleague to complete a task that he or she is unwilling to do him or herself. OMD will always focus on maintaining a high level of integrity with all of its work colleagues and as a result feels confident that this will translate towards ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. As already briefly mentioned, one of OMD’s core values is minimizing ecological footprint. On average, OMD saves approximately 500 Liters of water per car detail and uses virtually all organic products. It must be noted, however, that in specific circumstances OMD will use a minimal amount of inorganic products or a very small volume of water (250 mL, give or take, when applicable) to complete a professional detail.

Our Mission

At OMD, the two most important assets are rightfully prioritized: the customers and the OMD work colleagues. By training its colleagues with a proven standard process, OMD ensures that its customers are happy as a result of delivering a consistent, high-quality service. Getting back to another core value that serves as a foundation to OMD, results-based compensation represents something that will lead to work colleagues being proud and satisfied with their day-to-day efforts. And what’s more, it will help propel the OMD culture forward by maintaining both active engagement and a thirst for reliably delivering optimal service to all customers.
